We look at the various BI capabilities,and assess the BI maturity of your organisation against a full BI function. We reveal why most attempts at establishing a BI team and implementing a BI capability fail, and how not to make the same mistakes.
We wrap up with how to use that awareness to focus their efforts at improving and developing their business insight.
