Please read these terms of use for all Insight Mastery Programs and Memberships. Your subscription cannot proceed without indicating your agreement with these terms by checking the box on the registration page.
Insight Mastery programs are designed to help you achieve greater success as a leader. Over the duration of the courses you will learn new practices that can be immediately integrated into your leadership role. Our program terms of service are designed to both help your commitment to the program and support normal commercial business practice.
Insight Mastery leadership programs are provided by Coded Vision Pty. Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all components of Insight Mastery programs, be it an online course or event, Skype or phone consultation, or in-person seminar. All references to “us”, “our” and “we” mean Coded Vision.
Commitment
I understand that by registering for an Insight Mastery program, that I am committed to my own personal growth and agree to apply all I learn in my own leadership role and life.
I will receive access to the entire program, as well as any bonus items offered during the program, for the duration of my program plan. I am willing to commit the time needed to complete the course units, and undertake any exercises and practices provided. I accept that the success of the transformation this course provides is reliant on my full participation.
Once registered, I am committed to the training program, having agreed to the following terms:
Program Fees
Online courses are ‘paid in full’ before the start of the course.
Mastery Memberships are paid on as monthly ‘recurring payments’ until cancelled by the Member.
You are responsible for the full payment of fees for the entire course regardless of whether you actually attend, complete or use all of the course units, attend any events, are use any products or inclusions (as applicable).
Programs are priced in Australian dollars. GST will be applied to registrations in Australia, and VAT will be applied to registrations in Europe, as required by law.

Payment
By registering for an Insight Mastery program, I understand I have agreed to the following payment terms for my registration.
I understand:
- I am committed to paying the entire fee in full (whether as one payment or payment plan) as I am enrolling in an extensive coaching program and have access to intellectual property.
- This is a binding agreement. Once I register, payment cannot be cancelled whether the program has commenced or not, or whether I have accessed the members area or not. Payments are non-refundable (except where required by Australian Consumer Law).
Coded Vision understands:
- That circumstances beyond your control can change. In this event, and you are unable to commence or continue your course once payment has been processed, please contact us. We reserve the right to our decision as to whether your circumstances warrant pausing your course or transferring you to a future training program.
Payment Plans
If paying by payment plan, I understand that if, for any reason whatsoever, I do not make a full and complete payment, then I may no longer be eligible for this payment plan and I may be fully responsible for the total sum immediately.
I understand that if my payments are not deducted as per our agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, it is my responsibility to notify Insight Mastery and change my payment option until the automatic payments are re-instated.
Late fees may be charged (where appropriate) for payments not received, or unable to be processed, by installment due date.
Payment Administration
You are responsible for ensuring that credit card details are valid to complete recurring payments. There are links in the Account section to enable you to update credit card details.
Recurring payments will be processed by us automatically as scheduled. Any changes to credit card details should be done at least 2 business days prior to your next scheduled debit date.
Program Completion Term
All Programs included must be completed within the course term, commencing from the original date of the enrollment. There will be no credit for enrollments not completed within this time.
Program Changes
If for any reason we deem it necessary to change any seminar, IP video or phone call dates, venue, city, speaker, content, title or hours, we may do so by notifying you of the changes we make. No refund is available under such circumstances. In the event that we change any dates requiring physical attendance, you can reschedule your enrollment without penalty, providing alternative dates are available. If not, a refund will be provided.
Cancellation
If you have completed or used any components of the Program, the component cost will be deducted from any eligible refund or credit. This includes all product (both physical and online) and other bonus items (including coaching or events) that you have received as these are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
A program course has a specific duration. Access to the course is automatically terminated upon completion of the term.
A course may include a bonus enrollment in a membership program, which may or may not extend access to the online course. Following this bonus membership, you have the option to continue on a month by month basis, paying a recurring monthly fee. You have the right to cancel this at any time. Upon cancellation, you access will continue until the end of the month paid for in advance. All future monthly debits will cease from this date.
In Person Events
In person events include IP video or phone calls, seminars, workshops and consultations. If you do not attend an in person event for which you registered, and do not notify us within the time prescribed by the specific event, you will forfeit the full cost of that registration. Where alternatives future events within 12 months are scheduled, you may be provided with a credit towards that event, less an administration fee plus any incidental charges incurred by us. Any reschedule is subject to seats or positions being available in a Program.
Termination of Program Enrollment
We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience and reserve the right to terminate enrollment, without notice, of any participant in breach of these terms of service. In this case, we will refund you the amount paid to us less the value of any product or bonus items already received.
Digital Services
Access to Insight Mastery online courses requires a suitable internet service and computing device [including tablets and smart phones].
While every effort is made to provide an uninterrupted service, we will not be held liable for any disruption to the program through third-party digital services used to deliver products. There is no Service Level Agreement express or implied.
Physical Products
Any physical product you receive with your program that is found to be faulty, will be replaced by us within 10 business days of your written request and return of faulty product.
Disclaimer
We make no express or implied claims that you will make money as a result of purchasing any Program. Each individual’s success will be determined by his or her desire, dedication, effort and motivation to work and follow the Program.
Your use of the Program material, services and products is at your own risk. Coded Vision is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Program.
The information provided during or in relation to the Program is for general purposes only and it does not purport to be comprehensive or to render specific advice. This disclaimer does not purport to exclude any warranties implied by law which may not be lawfully excluded.
Intellectual Property
All material provided as part of marketing or delivery of our programs remains our intellectual property.
Conduct and Confidentiality
This is a professional program, and we expect professional conduct from program participants. We respect your privacy and strongly request that you respect the privacy of fellow participants. Sharing ideas and experiences helps us all. Consider all communications by all course participants as highly confidential. You agree not to disclose proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets that are disclosed by other Participants in confidence, nor to violate the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of Coded Vision or any program participant.
General & Jurisdiction
Insight Mastery is operated by Coded Vision Pty. Ltd in adherence to all applicable laws and regulations of Australia, and the state of Victoria. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may from time to time be varied to accommodate changing services. Coded Vision will notify all current program participants of any changes.
All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute are excluded from this agreement. Our liability for breach of such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute is limited to the total amount paid by you to Coded Vision under this agreement.
Please note: results vary depending on the time and effort you personally put in. We believe we offer the most comprehensive leadership programs and confidently stand behind your success.
