In this highly interactive course we break down the elements of a BI strategy. I will guide you through the steps of developing your own personalized strategy, using a downloadable BI Strategy Document template.
We look at how to structure a BI team, and the various roles on that team. We explore the interaction of the BI team with the enterprise and how to best function to achieve the most value.
We uncover best practices in establishing BI throughout the enterprise and how to overcome some of the inevitable challenges. We use that awareness to focus their efforts at improving and developing their business insight.
