Inspiration – Connecting to Our Personal Insight

We all create a connection to our personal insight in various ways. Some methods resonate with us, some don’t. However, they all share one key element – creating a stillness to hear what we need to hear. This short video from meditation expert and founder of Ziva Meditation, Emily Fletcher explains how we can listen to the still, small Preview Changesvoice that sends subtle messages – which she believes is nature’s way of inspiring and guiding us.

Takeaways

The main takeaways are:

Put your desire and personal life before your work goals

Nature communicates to use through our desires. Things don’t make us happy – they may make us more physically comfortable, but they don’t make us happy. Living dependent on ‘things’ or ‘objects’ blocks your ability to be self-dependent. You need to redirect your dependency to your inner self – to your intuition – you can hear the downloads that are trying to guide you on the best path for you.

Be awake and willing to take action

Are you awake and willing to take action; or are you exhausted and trying to avoid taking on anything further? The Universe is full of opportunities and it is looking for people to bring them into reality – if you don’t pick up the signal and take immediate action; that gut feeling of being the chosen one, nature will choose someone else.

Take immediate action

It’s a small, still voice – the faster you take action, the more inspiration you get. Create your own upward spiral. One only needs to take baby steps. The baby steps show intention – any step. If you want to start a business; register a company name. Then the next step comes to you. Don’t look for straight lines. Just keep taking steps and autocorrect as you go.

Focus solely on the what and why

Don’t try to ‘make’ the path – the when and the how are not our role. Our role is to determine the what and the why. The path will evolve as we start walking down it; we don’t need to know everything as to how we will achieve our goals to get started; we only need to be in touch with our personal desires and inspirations needed to get us going.

They are our why.
